D.A.C.A RENOVATION



D.A.C.A renewals (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals) requires the following:

Completion of forms I-821-D / I-765 / I-765WS / G-1145 As applicable, performed by our staff.
Copy of your last D.A.C.A renewal documents
Work permit card
Social security card
Address(es) where you lived in the last 5 years
Money Order or Personal Check for $410
Money Order or Personal Check for $85
